Insurance Claim Assistance

Storm claims are the single biggest differentiator in roofing. We document, file, meet your adjuster, and review the scope — so your claim is approved for the full replacement you’re owed.

Insurance companies approve what they can see. Our claim specialists photograph every hail strike and wind lift, prepare a complete claim package, and join your adjuster on the roof to walk line by line through the approved scope.

When the adjuster’s scope comes up short — and it often does — we review it against industry-standard estimating software and provide the documentation to get supplements approved. Our goal is simple: your roof fully covered, with no out-of-pocket surprises.

What’s included

  • Complete photo & video damage documentation
  • Claim package prepared to industry estimating standards
  • We meet your adjuster on site, every time
  • Scope & supplement review — we appeal underpayments
  • Coordination with your carrier from filing to payment
  • Free if we re-roof the project — paid only by the carrier

How it works

  1. 1

    Damage documentation

Hail strikes, granule loss, wind creases — captured in high-resolution photos and video, dated and logged.

  2. 2

    Claim package filed

We prepare a complete, professional claim package and help you file it correctly the first time.

  3. 3

    Adjuster meeting

We meet your adjuster on the roof and ensure every line item of damage is captured in the approved scope.

  4. 4

    Supplement review

If the scope underfunds your roof, we document and appeal with the carrier until your claim is paid in full.

Common questions

Do I pay for claim assistance?

Not if we re-roof your home. Our fee is paid by the carrier from the claim — you never write a check for our claim work.

My adjuster denied my claim. Now what?

Denials are often based on incomplete documentation. We re-inspect, document, and can request a re-inspection or file an appeal.

Can you handle my whole claim?

Yes — documentation, filing, adjuster meeting, scope review, supplements, and the re-roof itself. One point of contact.
