3. Inspections & estimates

Free inspections are provided without obligation. Written reports and estimates reflect conditions observed on the date of inspection; roofing conditions can change, and final pricing may be adjusted for concealed deck damage discovered during installation.

4. Insurance claims

We assist with documentation and adjuster coordination but do not guarantee claim approval. Claim outcomes are determined by your insurance policy and carrier.

5. Warranties

Manufacturer warranties are provided by the manufacturer and transfer according to their published terms. Workmanship warranties are described in your signed proposal.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Steelridge Roofing & Exteriors is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Texas law.
